A New Year, and A New Set Up!

This year I have made a commitment to myself to continue to work on myself, but to also open up and share what I have learned with others.  I already send out a daily inspirational photo to people I love, and today I hope to add and develop that practice in this blog.

In addition to daily inspirations I will be following a daily schedule of postings about the following topics:

On Mondays I'll be sending out a recipe for a delicious green smoothie to help you start your week!
Tuesday is my WACKY day, so that will be the day I send out something a little fun, a little crazy or a little eccentric... maybe all three?
Wednesdays were back to food, and a delicious, easy recipe that I've made myself (so you know it'll be good!)... it will also come with a rating from a non-health food junkie, and picky eater THE BUG!
Thursdays will be my little tip to stay green and all-natural :)
Finally, Friday will be something a little more on the inspirational side!

I hope this will keep you coming back to this blog over and over again!
I'm sure there will be considerably more commentary as I get into the swing of posting on a regular basis!  Stay strong, stay vibrant, and keep being inspirational!

Opening Up In Sweet Surrender

Well, it sure seems like everything is coming together in such unexpected ways!

I will be finishing my third semester of grad school in a week and a half, and I am finally beginning to realize that... in order for this to be sustainable, I am going to need to find a way to honor myself and my journey.  I love academia and learning, but that the substance of who I am is in nature, in the moonlight, and not always in the classroom.  I think I had forgotten that somewhat.

I'm not sure where this blog fits into that.  I have attempted on a number of occasions to make this blog work, and I have yet to find a good rhythm.  But, perhaps, third time will be the charm!

Things that I will be talking about over the next few weeks:
- Juicing
- Crafting Solstice gifts
- Reflections on reclaiming womanhood
- Minimalism
- Thoughts about moving
- Ramblings and musings

I hope to share this journey with you all!
